The room rate is 4,800 yen for single room, including service charge. Twin room has a regular bed and a loft-type bed, the room charge is 3,400 yen per person. 5% tax is added to the room charge. Payment is cash only. Credit card is not accepted. Each room has a bath and a TV, but no refrigerator or telephone. Free breakfast (coffee and bread) and internet connection (bring your own computer) are offered in the hotel lobby.

To make room reservation, send an e-mail to nara@superhotel.co.jp with “SP2004　RESERVATION” in the subject line and all of the following items in the text:

(1) Family name and given name (Mr. or Ms.)

(2) Nationality

(3) Contact address (e-mail)

(4) Room type (Single or Twin) and the name of the person sharing a twin room with you.

(5) Dates of check-in and check-out

(6) Check-in time

(7) Smoking or non-smoking room (subject to availability of the room type)

The reservation will be handled on a first-come-first-served basis. You will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please print it out and carry it with you when you check-in. The hotel asks no advance deposit, but in case you make any changes in your travel schedule, please notify the hotel.
